NBCUniversal International Networks & DTC has announced the start of production for the highly anticipated local adaptation of “Dating #NoFilter,” set to air on E! Africa later this year. This new series, hosted by the beloved comedian Jason Goliath, promises to bring humour and entertainment to the unpredictable world of blind dating.
“Dating #NoFilter” will follow a group of singles on blind dates, accompanied by hilarious commentary from some of South Africa’s top comedic talents. Among the 15-member comedic cast are notable personalities such as Jason Goliath (known for his roles on E!’s “Celebrity Game Night” and “Ses’ Top La”), actress and radio personality Hope Mhbele, and media personality and content creator Lebogang Tlokana, famously known as “The Funny Chef.”
According to The South African, other comedic stars joining the line-up include Carpo More, Jo-Anne Reyneke, Margo Fargo, Nina Hastie, Okay Wasabi, Robby Collins, and Rosette Ncwana. With such a diverse and talented group, viewers can expect an array of witty and side-splitting commentary as the singles navigate the highs and lows of their blind dates.
