Zinhle Shares How Euphonik Helped Her Whilst Constructing Her New House! The DJ and mom of one has been sharing photos of her gorgeous new house on social media and has received great compliments from fans.
Zinhle has also been open about how her friends and family had to step in to help her whilst her house was still under construction. It is not known who she used to help construct her home, but hopefully, companies such as Platforms and Ladders were utilized as much as possible by the construction team.
From moving in with Pearl Thusi to Euphonik helping her, it’s not just social media friendships it seems with the Zinhle’s squad.
In a recent TV interview, Zinhle shared how Euphonik stepped in to save her when she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. “Obviously my family supports me but there was a time when I couldn’t build my house anymore and I was stuck. Euphonik took care of a lot of things at my house. They were emailing me to say come fix this, come cut the grass. He sent people to sort all those things out,” she said. Building a house is so difficult to do alone. There are just so many things to think about before you can move in. One of the big things that she had to remember to do was switch energy suppliers to try and save some money and make sure that the house had electricity. Luckily, her friend was able to help with that. He also helped her by sending her a website (this one here) that explained all of the things that she would need to consider to move into her new home. That was helpful for her to ensure she had everything ready.
She is certainly very brave in constructing her own home. Most people choose already constructed houses when thinking about moving instead of choosing to build their own. It can be a huge and stressful task, and all your trust has to be put into builders who are aiming to make your fantasy come to life. It’s more than fair to say that constructing your own home is not for everyone, and that some will benefit from looking at Colorado real estate when choosing to move, with houses for varied family sizes and a range of budgets. However, if she wants to build her own home, she should do that! There are so many ways of purchasing homes these days, so it’s important that she does what is best for her. Of course, some people may prefer to purchase a home that is already established. Some might buy a newly developed house, whilst others might purchase the house they’re currently renting. Under a Government scheme, some occupants of council houses in the UK are actually able to purchase their home from the Government at a discounted price. They just have to use a right to buy mortgage calculator, and they should be able to see how much they have to pay and how long it should take them. This helps people to work out their finances and, hopefully, purchase a home. Of course, some people might not have that option, so they might have to look elsewhere or build their own homes, which is what Zinhle decided to do.
