Zandile Khumalo Pens Appreciation Post To Husband For Supporting Her In Ongoing Senzo Meyiwa Trial. Singer Zandile Khumalo has given the latest update in her involvement with testifying in the Senzo Meyiwa case. People following the trial have been looking forward and hoping to having the Khumalo sisters testify in court.
Taking to social media this week, Zandile revealed that she had had call from law enforcement who want her to testify. She revealed this whilst sending her husband an appreciation post for being her calm and supporting her. “…yesterday I said to him “Brigadier so and so and called they wanna come to the house on thursday and consult with me cos they want me to go and testify on the SM case” he calmly said said “Abeze phela” and suddenly I was at peace… Thank u Myeni wami for everything, u are really my source of strength,” she detailed.
Zandile gushed over husband being the best father to their kids and how he doesn’t mind being in the background making things happen. “The best dad in my world, the one who makes things happen but doesn’t ever mind the “behind the scenes” role… My “Mr Calm” my “Don’t worry baby it will work out”,” she wrote.
Back in July, Zandile did an interview with ENCA in which she got candid about her views and thoughts about Senzo Meyiwa’s death. She named Senzo’s wife Mandisa and his mother saying they too should be investigated as prime suspects for the murder.
She later took to Instagram sharing a clip from the interview with the caption, “My family has been abused for years abatholi lutho yet nobody bothers to investigate the wife (Mandisa). Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned and ngeke sithule till benze the right thing sikhathele futhi ngeke sidlale bona. Khonkothani ke.”
Meanwhile, the singer reunited with her sister, Kelly Khumalo after years of not speaking following a public fallout. Kelly attended Zandile’s son’s christening. It was reportedly the first time Kelly saw his nephew.
