A week ago Zahara opened up about her excitement over her upcoming wedding to radio host Amaza Ntshanga next year. This came after the star revealed she had been paid lobola for earlier this month. Now the latest rumor mill says her lobola has not been paid yet. Did Zahara lie about her man paying lobola?

Zahara and her boyfriend of two years traveled to her hometown, Phumulani Village in the Eastern Cape for the lobola negotiations earlier this month. But according to Drum Magazine, the lobola negotiations didn’t go as planned.

The two families reportedly couldn’t agree to an amount to be paid for the lobolo. Amaza’s family reportedly suggested they call Zahara’s family to confirm when they would return for further negotiations. Zahara’s family is still waiting.
