Fitness junkie Nonhle Ndala has never been afraid of speaking up, even when she’s speaking in codes it’s pretty easy to assess what she’s talking about.

When she goes through certain situations, she often shares them with her fans and then let’s us in on how to deal with the situation.

Taking to Instagram the yummy mommy shared a few words of wisdom about letting the wrong people into your life and steering clear of negativity.

“Be still…Some people are not worthy of your attention. Let them criticize who they think you are…their opinions, assumptions doesn’t change the reality of your world. Never give them the privilege of knowing you. You are sacred. Silence is golden #ClassCannotBeBought,” she wrote.
