If our memory serves us well sometime last year Sophie Ndaba wasn’t against the idea of working for Mfundi Vundla again as part of the new Generations:The Legacy cast, now the actress seems to have changed her mind.
In an interview with a local publication, Sophie said she wouldn’t go back to the soapie that made her a household name and was pat of for more than twenty years.
“Having spent 20 years on Generations, my time was up. Being fired was actually a blessing in disguise because it was part of my personal plan to retire from the show, so even if I do get a call from producers, it’s not an option for me”, she said.
The veteran actress is now part of e.tv’s new show High Rollers in which she plays wealthy businesswoman who moves into Kings Casino. She says people will instantly love her new character the same way they did with ‘Queen’.
