Ever been worried about being too loud during sexual intercourse? Well apparently you can get loud enough to be arrested for it.
A British woman has been arrested and given a two-week jail sentence for being too loud in the bedroom. What we want to know is; shouldn’t the partner be arrested with her? Well it is his fault after all, right?
The Telegraph reports that Gemma Wale from Small Heath, Birmingham, was found guilty of breaching an anti-social behaviour order that has been given to Miss Wale.
This order is said to prohibit Miss Wale from causing nuisance by playing loud music, shouting, swearing, making banging noises, stamping and slamming doors and loud sex noises, basically it prohibits her from being too wild.
Gemma was prosecuted after her neighbour had complained about her “screaming and shouting whilst having sex” at a “level of noise” that the neighbour couldn’t stand and was annpyed by.
“Gemma started screaming and shouting whilst having sex, which woke us up,” the neighbour was quoted. “This lasted 10 minutes.”
The Birmingham City Council then took action as a result of the neighours complaints. The Judge then stated at Wales hearing that she also breached the order by arguing loudly with her boyfriend and swearing at her neighbour for getting her arrested.
The judge then imposed separate two-week jail terms on Miss Wale for each breach but said that the terms would be served at the same time.
So would you get your neighbour arrested for being too loud in bed? Or do you think that it’s completely normal for someone to be a little louder than usual during sex?
