Media personality Moshe Ndiki’s ex-boyfriend, Mzimase “Mzi” Mtytide, has finally spoken out about their dramatic breakup. His decision to address the issue comes after Moshe recently revealed painful details about their past relationship during an episode of Podcast and Chill.
According to TshisaLIVE, Moshe accused Mzi of being unfaithful in shocking circumstances. He claimed Mzi cheated on him with his female cousin—on Christmas Day, the same day his father passed away. Moshe further alleged that Mzi betrayed him again on his children’s kfirst birthday.
“I don’t think I will ever recover from that. I’m going for therapy, on antidepressants,” Moshe shared.
Following these revelations, Mzi took to social media to express his frustration, questioning why his name continues to be brought up in public discussions. He stated that he has chosen to remain silent about the relationship but now feels unfairly targeted.
“Why must I be spoken about? I haven’t spoken about anyone anywhere, but I have to be spoken about?” he said. “It happened the first time when he put it on Facebook… There are so many things that didn’t sit well with me, but I didn’t say anything.”
Clearly emotional, Mzi voiced his pain over being repeatedly mentioned in interviews and online posts.
“I’m hurt. Not even one day [did I speak out]. There were so many things that didn’t sit well with me, but what did I say? Who did I talk to? The person who is supposed to be spoken about is not talked about. I have to be mentioned on Facebook posts and podcasts? Why?”
The former couple’s relationship has been the subject of public scrutiny for some time. Mzi’s romance with Moshe was his first public relationship after divorcing reality TV star Phelo Bala in 2020.
