The wait is over, and the much anticipated Ferguson Films series has been revealed to be airing on Netflix South Africa this coming December 4th. The up coming series Titled “King’s Of Joburg” is set on taking Africa to the world and bringing the world to South Africa.

The 6 part crime drama which deals with a broken families lies, betrayal and everything in-between sees Shona Ferguson who is of course the executive producer of the series starring as Simon “Vader” Masire, a member of the KOJ brotherhood and the eldest of the Masire siblings.
The star studded cast is set to include Zolisa Xaluva as Mogomotsi “Mo” Masire, Simon’s young brother and an ex-convict who finds himself returning to his old crime boss ways as well as TK Sebothoma, Buhle Samuels, Tsholofelo Matshaba, the Khoza brothers Abdul and SK, Cindy Mahlangu and many more.
Shona Ferguson the concept for “When I created ’Kings Of Joburg’ as a story focused on showing elements of love, family, conflict and power which will Albees broken down into a mind blowing six episodes.
“The premise of the series is centred around the question, ’Am I my brother’s keeper?’ and this narrative is explored in all six episodes” Shona said.
