Watch! Liesl Mthombeni On Not Wanting Flirtatious Comments From Men. Former Miss South Africa known for serving couple goals with her hubby, Musa Mthombeni, took to her socials to vent her anger/disappointment at men who were pursuing her and at the gym.
Liesl Laurie-Mthombeni recently took to her Tik Tok page to express her unhappiness of how men were becoming a nuisance to her with compliments, stating the obvious—from her looks and rudely interrupting her gym sessions.
“So, as a person who goes to the gym, you know how ignore all of this. I wanna find out what is it about me that says come interrupt my gym session? As in men, an old man, a young man—any man. What about me says, come interrupt my gym session to tell me that I look good, to tell me that I’m doing well. To ask me if you can buy me breakfast or lunch after my gym session,” the beaut said in the TikTok video.
“This t-shirt says TLC, it doesn’t say bother me, it doesn’t say tell me things I know. I know I look good . I’m coming to gym to look good, I’m coming to gym to work. Please leave me alone!!” Liesl added.
Her social media rant and plea was met with many commenters offering advice on how to deal with such men. One even suggested that she gets her husband’s face on her shirt with “I am married to Musa Mthombeni” on it. The comments to the video have since been turned off.
