Watch out J Something! MoT is coming for ‘hunk of the group’ title. Every boy band or boy group has its hunk and in most cases it’s the leading man. That might soon change for hit making local group Mi Casa after Mo T’s impressive transformation.
Mo T took to Instagram to reveal his new and improved body he is calling, ‘the body of his dreams’. The one third of Mi Casa shared a before and after pic and what he did to get to where he is now.
“The 1st pic on the Left goes back to when i started training , but then i changed my method of training and eating habits to get the results on the picture on the right , So i promised myself that i would only compete with myself and Never Give Up to achieve The Body of My Dreams and i am still going Strong …!! #fitnessjourney ….,’ he wrote.
