Vuyokazi Shows Off Her Body 3 Months After Operation in Inspiring Update

Popular influencer and former Uthando Nesthembu reality TV star Vuyokazi Nciweni has proudly shared her 3-month update after her mommy makeover, confidently showing her body and celebrating how far she has come. The star had a tummy tuck and liposuction, and she is now embracing her results with gratitude and strength.

Vuyokazi posted an old video of herself before the surgery to highlight her transformation. She wrote, “3 months post op mommy make over. 2025 has been a year of putting myself first, healing, elevating and showing up as the best version of me.”

Her journey did not begin with the mommy makeover. Vuyokazi first travelled to Istanbul in March 2025, where she underwent gastric sleeve surgery. This procedure reduces the size of the stomach to help with weight loss, and it marked the beginning of her physical and emotional transformation. Since then, her followers have noticed the difference. Her social media posts show her slimmer figure, and fans often praise her for her dedication and honesty.

Earlier this year, she opened up even more in a YouTube vlog. She explained that she chose the gastric sleeve because she had been struggling to lose weight for years.

“I actually came for a gastric sleeve surgery/weight loss surgery. It’s something that I thought would be good for me because I am actually struggling with losing weight,” she said.

She also admitted that dieting had not worked for her due to lack of self-discipline. “I’ve tried everything; eating proper foods and all of that, but… it has become very unhealthy for me to a point where it gets so bad.”

For Vuyokazi, the decision was not only about appearance. It was also about improving her health. “My body feels very heavy, my legs get swollen, and I’m always tired,” she shared.

But most importantly, she revealed a deeply emotional reason behind her transformation. “Also, I’m doing this for my kids because I want to live longer for them.”
