Unathi Msengana To Launch “A Better You!” Weight Loss Programme!

It’s really amazing to see how much one can achieve with the right support, motivation and determination.

Unathi Msengana is a clear reflection of how much you can achieve if you simply put your mind to it and get the job done. The radio DJ has decided to launch a weight loss programme to help other woman lose weight and support them throughout the journey of trying to reach a better lifestyle.

Over the past week she has been sharing inspirational images on her Instagram page of woman that have loss weight and were inspired by her weight loss.

She took to Instagram to share that she’ll be sharing all her weight loss secrets through the “A Better You” programme. The first seminar will be held in Johannesburg in July, after all Summer bodies are made in winter right?
