Thembinkosi “TK” Nciza, Gauteng ANC provincial secretary, and his fiancée Lebo Phasha have ended their relationship, putting an abrupt halt to their plans for a December 2023 wedding, this is according to ZiMoja. The couple, who had completed the lobola proceedings and were eagerly preparing for their big day, have decided to part ways after more than a year of dating.
Last year, TK hosted a celebratory gathering where their families united, signalling the strength of their bond. The couple was inseparable, often seen on international trips together, and had formed a close-knit family unit, with Lebo’s child and TK’s kids bonding like siblings.
However, sources reveal that their relationship has now come to an end, with TK reclaiming the car he bought for Lebo and the two removing each other’s pictures from social media. “She moved out, he took the car, and they have removed each other’s pictures on social media,” a source confirmed. “The relationship is over and I don’t see them getting back together.”
Adding to the speculation, TK was recently spotted at the ANC’s 112th Anniversary celebration in Mpumalanga with a woman who appeared to be his new partner. “They seemed cosy enough to be dating,” another source noted.
TK was previously married to Nhlanhla Mafu of the band Mafikizolo. They divorced in 2019 after nearly 15 years of marriage. Nhlanhla shared the news of their split, stating, “After almost 15 years of our strong bond of marriage, my husband TK Nciza and I have come to a tough but amicable decision to bring an end to our union.”
Despite past rumours that Lebo had been involved with TK before his divorce, it has been clarified that their relationship began after his marriage had ended. TK has declined to comment on the breakup, stating, “I never talk about my personal life; I won’t start today.” Attempts to reach Lebo for comment were unsuccessful.
