Londie London is back on TV and fans are loving it! The stylish singer and reality star has returned to The Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD), and her comeback has been one of the biggest talking points of the season.
She announced her return on Instagram by posting a picture of herself in a stunning black floor-length dress that showed off her figure. Alongside the photo, she wrote, “And we are BACK!!! Have you watched today’s episode of #RHODurban?! Let’s unpack…”
According to Drum, Londie London said it felt good to be back on the show, even though not everyone was happy to see her return. “It’s been amazing to be back, especially now that I’m in a comfortable space in my life,” she said.
Since the last time she was on the show, many things have changed. “The show has changed drastically for me. It is not just about the new faces; the overall energy and atmosphere are completely different,” Londie London explained. “This season, I am focused on bringing more positivity and sharing what it feels like to rediscover yourself as a single mother.”
There has already been tension on the show, especially between Londie London and fellow cast member Minnie. “I am still surprised at how fast things have changed between us, and there is still more to come. Everyone will just have to watch the season and see how it all plays out,” Londie London said.
She also spoke about how being a public figure makes things more complicated. “People often form opinions based on what they see in the media and miss the opportunity to get to know who you truly are. That gap in understanding can create tension before any words are even exchanged,” she shared.
Londie London has also clashed with Nonku Williams on the show. “We are both strong personalities, and that naturally leads to tension. I also think Nonku does not respond well to being held accountable. I am very straightforward, and I say things as they are, which can be uncomfortable for some people.”
Even though there has been some drama, Londie London still keeps in touch with a few of the ladies from the show, including Nonku Williams Jojo Robinson , and Sorisha Naidoo, who she feels especially close to.
As the reunion show gets closer, Londie is ready. “I am ready to address everything that needs to be said, and I have the perfect dress for the moment.”
Fans have loved seeing Londie London again and are asking for her to return full-time. And she’s up for it! “I love a challenge, and I think the group needs a bit of sass and spice to keep things exciting,” she said.
