The Ferguson’s On Why They Frequently Fire Actors. Over The Last few months the Ferguson’s have been axing their employees like flies and many have been concerned as to why. The masses have decided to conclude that the power couple is the problem here but they are coming out to tell their side of the story.

The couple have even been branded as exploiters among other negative connotations on the production of their hit Mzansi Magic television series ‘The Queen’
To date the production has given up to seven actors the boot on account of mistreatment and unfair working conditions.

Former actors such as Vatiswa Ndara and Rami Chuene have spoken and confirmed the rumours about the production company which led to the twitterverse pledging that #FergusonsMustFall.

The couple have now put out the fire in an Instagram post explaining the reason behind their actions in a live conversation with one of their cast members, Brutus Khoza played by Themba Ndaba.

A fan who was watching the live video chimed in the conversation and asked why they keep firing people, which is what forced them to come clean about the accusations.
““Guys, this is a soap, it’s a telenovela, okay? Characters come and go. That’s how soap operates,” began Connie.

“It’s for story. Sometimes… to introduce another story but characters come and go. This is not something that is exclusive to The Queen or exclusive to Rockville or exclusive to Isibaya. It happens everywhere all the time, It is what it is. I hope you’re answered.”

“I think that’s what people don’t know. The reality of what we do is ‘you are going to see new people in and out.’ It’s the nature of storytelling.”

Shona further added that fans often get bored of the storyline after some time especially from seeing the same faces on the program which forces them to rotate the cast members.
We hope that answer will give fans the peace that they have been fighting so hard for.
