Thando Thabethe Reveals To Kelly Rowland The Reason She Doesn’t Have A Child. The media personality and actress is set to give her fans front row seats to her life in her upcoming reality TV show titled ‘Unstoppable Thabooty’. She is also set to share the actual reason to RnB star Kelly Rowland why she isn’t ready to be a mom yet.
In a trailer for her reality show set to debut on the 15th of April posted to her Instagram account, it shows little snippets of her private life, business deals and her friendship dynamics. The one particular scene that got people talking was the scene where she was casually chilling with Kelly Rowland and discussing how parenting feels impossible for her.
“I feel like I’m postponing having a kid, because when am I going to take care of the kid?” Thabethe tells Kelly.
Back in 2021 at the 947 Ride Joburg challenge, Thando jokingly said that her then boyfriend, Lunga Shabalala should be a dad. This is after Lunga had asked what other challenge did Thando want him to participate in, to which she cheekily answered: “Fatherhood.”
Tweeps immediately reacted to the idea of the pair having a baby, with some urging Lunga to “accept” the challenge of fatherhood.
A few years back, Thando described herself as a very busy, fierce and fearless independent woman. She also went on to add that most of her achievements required her to put in the time, focus and dedication and that she was happy that most other goals were coming to fruition.
“I’ve achieved a lot of the goals that I had set out for myself growing up. I want to just keep working harder and sharpening my craft. I want to see my business grow, and become JSE-listed. I also want to make my mark on an international scale,” she said.
