After sharing ho difficult it was losing her father and brother in a manner that she did, Thando celebrated what would have been her father’s 56th birthday a few days after her own.
“I wish you were here to see the woman I have grown into. I have no doubt that you look over and have been very instrumental in my life here on earth. I miss your voice, your laughter, your love, drinking milk together before we went to bed, eating raw liver…and no doubt my love for music is as a result of your influence…don’t worry about your girls….I’m doing my damn best!!! Happy birthday Daddy,” she wrote.
