Tbo Touch Opens Up About His Co-parenting Relationship With Thuli Thabethe. Dealing with an ex lover after a break up can be an unpleasant situation, especially when children are involved. We are happy that some people are mature enough to have an amicable co-parenting relationship instead of a messy one.
Many celebs including the likes of Rosette Ncwana and Andile Ncube are perfect examples of how former lovers who share children can get along perfectly after they split. Former celebrity couple Thuli Thabethe and Tbo Touch have also cracked the formula to co-parenting and they are doing an amazing job at raising their son.
Touch real name Thabo Molefe was recently a guest on Podcast And Chill With MacG and he wowed the audience with the pearls of wisdom that he dropped. Among the things he spoke about, Thabo opened up about his love life and relationship with his ex lover and baby mama Thuli Thabethe.
The pair dated for six years and unfortunately ended their engagement in 2010. They both share a son named Ruri, who they have decided to put their differences aside for and remain friends.
In the interview, Molefe touched on his relationship with Thabethe which is amazing, all thanks to his wife Nandi. According to Touch, Nandi afforded him the opportunity to have a great coparenting relationship with the mother of his son.
“Any situation where you have a coparenting scenario, the deal maker is the wife. If Nandi didn’t allow it, it would have never happened. ” he said.
Touch added that he and Thuli were open to making the best out of their failed relationship for the sake of their son so he can grow up in a progressive environment.
“I see people who say you guys are amazing, no we are not, our failure can not go down as a failure. Our failure has to at some point be a true reflection of someone coming after us that we’ve reproduced walking into a progressive space ” he said.
Thuli has shared how she and Touch share all their parental duties and Touch’s wife Nandi also plays a pivotal role too.
