After weeks of intense competition, unexpected twists, and plenty of drama, Big Brother Mzansi Season 5 has officially crowned its winner. Akhonamathemba Mbele, better known as Sweet Guluva, has walked away with the title and a life-changing R2 million grand prize.

The 23-year-old from Cape Town impressed audiences throughout the season. As a student, model, artist, football player, and barber, Sweet Guluva showcased his talents, charisma, and determination, earning him a massive following. His victory sparked excitement across social media, with fans celebrating his well-deserved win.

The reality show, which featured 24 contestants from different parts of South Africa, kept viewers on the edge of their seats. Housemates competed in various challenges while fans voted for their favourite’s to stay in the game. One by one, contestants were evicted, leaving only a few to battle it out for the top spot.

Jojo was the first housemate to be evicted, followed by Nate and then Nsuku. After weeks of competition, the grand finale came down to just two contestants—Sweet Guluva and Uyanda. In the end, Sweet Guluva secured the most votes, making him the ultimate champion.

Throughout the season, Sweet Guluva gained strong support, with even some celebrities rooting for him. His journey in the house, filled with both strategic gameplay and genuine connections, made him a fan favourite.

Now, with R2 million in his pocket and a bright future ahead, Sweet Guluva is set to embark on a new chapter and fans are eager to see what he does next!
