2016 has started with a bang for media personality Minnie Dlamini who just got nominated for the Top Empowered Media Personality Award at this year’s Oliver Empowerment Awards.
The Oliver Empowerment Awards aim at recognizing exceptional leadership and efforts of people who place high importance on addressing and raising awareness about community issues in South Africa.
The diamond girl couldn’t contain her excitement over the nod when she took to twitter to share the great news saying, “Guys I’ve been nominated for the 2016 Oliver Empowerment Awards, Top Empowered Media Personality Award.”
Minnie was selected by the editorial panel as a public figure that represents outstanding success in heightening awareness and emphasizing the importance of transformation in South Africa.
Minnie will be facing off fellow media personalities, Sizwe Dhlomo, Bonang Matheba, Basetsan Khumalo, Jo-Ann Strauss and Trevor Naoh amongst others.
