Media personality Somizi Mhlongo has given fans a glimpse into his growing fashion career, showcasing a video of himself sketching a dress and reflecting on his journey into fashion design.
In his heartfelt post, Somizi expressed his amazement at how far he’s come: “I still pinch myself coz a part of me still can’t believe I really went for it. Fashion designing course. And the fact that I could not even draw an egg and now this. @villiotifashion you are simply amazing. Also, I’ve proven to myself that it’s really never too late for anything. Especially education. I’m gonna finish what I’ve started.”
Somizi’s passion for fashion is growing, and his skills are already making waves. Earlier this year, he designed a striking suit for TV personality Moshe Diki for the Metro FM Awards. The all-black ensemble featured black beads, see-through lace pants, and black shorts underneath, showing off Somizi’s bold fashion choices.
