Sol Phenduka Reveals Whether He Feels Insecure About His Weight. The ‘Podcast and Chill’ and ‘Kaya 959’ breakfast cohost, recently got candid about his weight loss journey and his commitment to making sure he lives a healthy lifestyle.

Solomzi Thandubuntu Phenduka aka Sol Phenduka took his Twitter to let people know whether he has ever felt feelings of inadequacy because of his weight. Responding to a tweep who asked him if he felt insecure about his looks, Sol responded and said he did not have any body image insecurity.Sol added that one of the reasons of his weight loss is because he has a four-year old daughter and wants to live longer. He also went on to highlight the importance of good health and the reason behind his weight loss journey.

“I don’t feel insecure. Being overly obese is unhealthy. I have a 4 year old daughter. I don’t want to die coz of lifestyle choices and things I can avoid. I need at least 30 more years on this earth . This body is the only 1 I have. Health is wealth,” Sol tweeted in response to the question.

Sol revealed that he has already made significant progress in losing weight. “I am undergoing this transformation again. So in 4 months please ningathi ngiyagula ne. Please. I just took my before pic,” Phenduka captioned his before and after pictures on Twitter.

To further prove his point of being invested in his weight loss journey and putting in the hard work, Sol shared two contrasting images of a scale reading. The scale reading showed a significant drop in his weight loss, tweeting, “147kg last week (14th March ) ………. 142kg today .It’s coming along . Kancane kancane.”
