Sindi Dlathu Slams Fake Twitter Account. We are beginning to get really confused by all these fake celebrity social media accounts which seem to be the most recent trend.
Yet another celebrity is being associated with a fake twitter account but she seems to know nothing of the sort with regards to the scammer.
The River actress Sindi Dlathu has recently taken to twitter to rubbish a fake twitter account that is seemingly pretending to be her.
Dlathu has mentioned that she was unaware of the account and she is asking her fans to not associate the account with her.
She then pointed out the small details that people can use to differentiate the two accounts to make sure they know who is actually behind the tweet.
“Hi everyone. I’ve been informed of a fake Twitter account misleading people into believing they are communicating with me. Please note that I only have one Twitter account and @s__dlathu (note the double underscore) is an imposter.”
The imposter account asked the Dlathu’s followers on how to regain the verification status as well getting passwords and assistance in regaining 120K followers after claiming that they were locked out of their account.

The bandit account had some real fun pretending to be Sindi as they got carried away, tweeting to her ‘fans’ messages of appreciation for all the support.
Maybe twitter should come up with a way to sift out all the fake celebrity accounts so we don’t have to worry about being catfished.
