Get ready to laugh until your stomach hurts, Mzansi – the hilarious podcast duo ShxtsNGigs is heading your way for the first time ever!
James Duncan and Fuhad Dawodu, the viral sensations behind the comedy podcast, are bringing their hit tour Daddy’s Home to South Africa in January 2026.
The comedy stars will perform in Johannesburg at The Goldrush Dome on 24 January, and in Cape Town at the Grand Arena, GrandWest on 27 January.
James (34), who is Irish-Trinidadian, and Fuhad (34), who is Nigerian-British, are known for their no-filter chats about sex, dating, and internet culture. Their show has become a huge hit across the world – especially thanks to segments like “Icks” and “Twitter Hall of Fame”, which have made waves on TikTok. The duo has over 8 million TikTok followers!
The two friends met while studying at Coventry University in the UK and started their podcast in 2019. Since then, they’ve become global stars.
In 2024, they made history by selling out London’s O2 Arena – a big moment for podcasting and comedy alike. They also won a MOBO Award for Best Media Personality and have worked with huge brands like Amazon Prime, JD Sports, Manscaped, and WHOOP.
After touring places like North America, Australia, and New Zealand, they’re finally answering the call from their South African fans.
The comedians shared their excitement: “We’ve seen all the comments, the DMs, the love from our South African listeners. We’re gassed to bring the show to Cape Town and Johannesburg this January. The love online has been unreal, but now it’s time to see those faces in real life. We’ve waited long enough… Love love love.”
