Gospel legend Sfiso Ncwane passed away Monday morning in his wife’s arms after a kidney failure. The singer was not only one of Mzansi’s most loved gospel singers, he was his sons’ hero as well. Sfiso Ncwane’s sons share heartbreaking farewell to their dad.

The two young boys took to Instagram in their first posts after their father’s passing, sharing heartbreaking messages which showed just how strong they are.

To my father, thank you for everything you have done for the whole family I know you didn’t mean to leave us. I hope that you (rest in peace) and I promise I will follow in your footsteps. There will never be another loving father like you. Love you guys with all my life NGCWETI,” the eldest one captioned a recent photo of his parents taken just last week at the Crown Gospel Awards.

“My hero daddy. We will always protekt mommy for you ❤️,” the younger one captioned a throwback photo of his parents.

A day before her husband died, Ayanda Ncwane shared an encouraging post on Instagram talking about praying and fasting for your marriage and being strong for your partner when they are weak.

Two days before he died, Sfiso shared a verse from Job 13 vs 13 which reads, “Be quiet and give me a chance to speak, and let the results be what they will.”
