Award-winning actress Rosemary Zimu, known for her stellar role in Savage Beauty, has embarked on a profound spiritual journey, marking a significant milestone in her life. The actress recently took to Instagram to share a heartfelt video of her baptism, revealing her newfound commitment to her Christian faith.

In the video, Zimu is seen fully immersed in the sacred moment as she embraces her decision to walk a path of faith. Accompanying the post, she quoted Romans 6:4, a powerful scripture that underscores the symbolism of baptism and the transformative power of faith:

“We have therefore been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory and power of the Father, we too might walk habitually in newness of life [abandoning our old ways].”

Zimu’s decision to publicly share this spiritual awakening resonated deeply with her followers, sparking an outpouring of support and congratulatory messages. Among those who celebrated this momentous occasion were TV presenter Zanele Potelwa, who joyfully commented, “Thank you Jesus. God is so good! CONGRATULATIONS MY BABY!!!” Fellow actress Nefisa Mkhabela also expressed her admiration, saying, “Love this so much! Mama, congratulations.”
