Riky Rick’s Mom Details Bianca’s Reaction To Seeing His Body Following His Passing. It’s been a year and a few months since the tragic passing of rapper, Riky Rick and his family has kept his memory alive by continuing with his work.

Riky Rick’s mother, Louisa Zondo wrote a book titled, Dearest MaRiky: A Mother’s Journey through Grief, Trauma and Healing‘ which is now out. In the book she touched on how she found out about her son’s tragedy after his friend, Bheki Nkentshane and the Major League DJ twins Bandile and Banele Mbere found Riky hanging from a rafter in his studio.

She also got candid about Riky’s wife, Bianca’s reaction to seeing his lifeless body for the first time in the hospital.

“Bianca’s body quivered as I approached her. I held her tight and told her that I had seen Rikhado and prayed with him. I told her that he looked peaceful and beautiful. I asked her to come into the room and see him, I promised I would be with her. She was unsure and I could see how impossible this moment was for her. We entered the resuscitation room and Bianca stood in the doorway crying. After she gathered herself and went to the bed, I left her to have a private moment with her husband,” Louisa shared.

Louisa shared how she noticed Riky’s right palm was completely open and her sensing that it “reflected that he had given everything he could and had nothing else to offer“, his left one was slightly clenched which she translated to Riky not being able to take care of some things and relied on his family to do so.
