Riky Rick On His Life Journey: “I never thought I would get to see my 28th Birthday.”

With age comes a lot of change.

It took Riky Rick a while to come back into the music industry and we must say that the break he took was well needed.

Since his comeback Riky has been nothing less than successful with his music and getting his message across to all his fans. Over the weekend at the MAMA’s the rapper received the award for best music video and we think that alone speaks on how much work he’s put into his art.

Recently Mr Makhado celebrated his 28th birthday and he took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message with his fans to thank them for helping him get where he is today.

“You guys made me believe in myself and taught me the meaning of humility and patience.”

The rapper explained that he never thought he would see his 28th birthday or even be celebrating it in such a big way.

“I never thought I would get to see my 28th birthday. Let alone do something special at this stage.”

We’re really glad that Riky escaped the drug abuse and focused on something that’s added so much more value to the person he is and to his career.
