#RHODurban’s Nonku Williams Builds Nine Families Houses. The reality television star who owns a construction and logistics company has done an act of kindness that many would label as benevolent, she has helped multiple families avoid homelessness.
The star who many might know as a feisty woman and risk taker and who some might not know as an ordained pastor, has provided shelter to nine families. She has proven that she is rooted in the beliefs of Christianity—by caring for the vulnerable, especially those without homes.
Taking to her Instagram account on the 10 of February, in a 60 seconds reel, the star wrote: “Nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping those that are less fortunate. Today we handed over 9 units we built in the last 2 weeks..one family in particular had lost their parents in a fire and only kids were left homeless…we as Lukuve Developments together with Calven from bluff meats supply had an opportunity to sponsor furniture and Bluff meat supply sponsored meat packs for the 10 families. Deepest gratitude to @calvenrobinson for your kind heart…okwenzile khakulu”.
The handing over of one of the houses was done in Mgababa, Kwa-Zulu Natal, to a young man(one of the nine recipients) named Vilakazi. Nonku was seen handing over the house keys with a smile to the recipients and then the man cutting off the ribbon of the newly built house and jokingly saying that the only thing that isn’t present at the ceremony was champagne.
She also went on to state that, fellow Durban Housewife, Jojo Robinson’s husband, Calven—who owns ‘Bluff Meat Supply’, also gave a helping hand by providing meat packages to ten families in the area. The recipients were seen posing for pictures and videos with smiles in a video reel that has since been posted to Nonku’s Instagram page.
Fans and other famous names have since flooded the comments section on the post to commend her for the gesture of kindness.
