“It Really Got To Me,” Vusi Nova On Gay Rumors

If there’s a question that has come up in Vusi Nova’s interviews more than enough times it’s the question surrounding his sexuality. Whilst the singer has not denied or admitted to being gay, he finally revealed how he felt when the rumors first came out. “It really got to me,” Vusi Nova on gay rumors.

“I was okay with it in the beginning, people started asking questions and I would laugh it off. But it got a little more serious for me when I would read ridiculous things like I had gone to an island with my boyfriend and got married. That was when it really got to me,” Vusi told a local publication.

The singer says he finally got to a point where he felt that his personal life and choices had nothing to do with anyone. “I got to the point where I don’t feel like I need to explain to people who I am dating or why I am dating that person. I am not going to entertain it and say I am gay or I am straight because I don’t feel it has anything to do with anyone.”

Vusi also revealed he’s pretty much single after breaking up with his partner back in September and believes his person is out there.
