A few weeks ago Kefilwe took to Instagram to defend her brand from some of her ex partners who may have claimed to have made her saying she built herself up and owns every success she’s ever had. “Everything I own is mine, including the assets which are all under my name. I do not owe anyone even a dime, for what I have built is a result of tirelessly working my whole life to reach this pinnacle of success,” she said at the time.
And now she’s proving just how much her hard work over the years has paid off as she takes her brand international. The Cannes Film Festival is one that is attended by the who’s who of the film, TV and fashion industry. Few South Africans have graced the events including Nomzamo Mbatha and Terry Pheto. It’s huge for an influencer like Kefilwe to grace the event’s red carpet.
