Pics! Gomora Cast Bid Farewell To Siya Xaba (Langa). One thing about watching a top class TV drama is that it’s very sad to see our favourite actors on the show leave. That is the case for award winning Mzansi magic drama Gomora, which is saying goodbye to one of its prized actors on the show.
Taking to Instagram the cast of Gomora have been posting video’s and photos to celebrate Siya Xaba who plays the role of Langa as he bids farewell to the show. Cast mates including the likes of Ama Qamata, Thembi Seete, Sicelo Buthelezi and many more wrote heartfelt messages and shared video’s of funny moments on set with Siya.
Fans of the show are still heartbroken by the unexpected departure of the actor on the shows second season. Langa who is played by Xaba died from injuries sustained in a fire that was started at the tavern on the show. After spending day on trying to save his life, he unfortunately died.
Series producer Lulu Hela took to her Instagram to thank the actor for sharing his talent on the show, sharing what an amazing experience it has been to work with him. She continued to wish him all the best going forward in his career adding that the sky is the limit for him.

And this is one of the roles where we knew early on, that we had found our Langa. He was that good! A consummate professional. A perfectionist. An artist through and through.
