Pic! Enhle Mbali Goes Bald And Pens Heartfelt Message To Herself. The actress and former wife of DJ Black Coffee took to her socials to announce that she made a conscious decision to start afresh.
Actress, Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa has over the years been involved in some unfortunate incidents involving herself and her ex-husband, Black Coffee and even having to defend herself from unfounded rumours from tweeps.
Back in August last year, Mlotshwa opened up to Dineo Ranaka and Sol Phenduka on ‘Kaya 959’ about the state of her mental state. She also detailed how exactly she had been doing in making sure that her mental health remained intact, also adding how her state of mind had changed overtime.
“I’m in a really good place. I think I’ve been in a really great place for a very long time. Obviously, people don’t see the journey behind the healing … (they) only see the trends and then it’s done,” Enhle said.
“When I did ‘Sincerely Yours’ (a podcast that Mlotshwa did in partnership with Touch HD in 2019), I was going through a transformation. And before ‘Sincerely Yours’, I remember finding myself having to go to a mental institution and I thought to myself I had gone far beyond depression,” she added.
Mlotshwa recently took to her Instagram to share a picture of her being bald and topless, announcing that cutting off her hair was an opportunity to start over. She also said that her picture was a representation of her being in her natural state.
“Bald headed like a full moon shining. This is me. In my most raw state. I AM MBALENHLE MLOTSHWA MODISE MOGASE. Tswana girl from Soweto. My life from the beginning was never easy, although I wear it gracefully. I am a product of strong women and I myself am one. My imperfections have have permanently created perfect lessons.
