Penny Ntuli, a well-known figure in the South African media scene, recently opened up about the immense gratitude she feels towards Mr. Njomane, the CEO of Jozi FM, a key figure who played a pivotal role in her career journey. Reflecting on her early days in Johannesburg, Penny shared how Mr. Njomane went above and beyond to support her transition to the bustling city.

“uBaba was patient with me, tried by all means to accommodate me in Johannesburg, booked me into a hotel for a whole month, took me to work every day (yes, with a V Class),” Penny reminisced. This kind gesture not only provided her with comfort but also set the stage for her future success in the industry.

Her time at Jozi FM has been nothing short of transformative. According to IOL, the  station not only offered her a platform to grow professionally but also allowed her to connect with listeners who have followed her journey closely. Penny credits Jozi FM for much of her success, noting that the exposure and experience she gained there were instrumental in earning her accolades and recognition.

Despite tempting offers from other radio stations, Penny made a conscious decision to stay loyal to Jozi FM. “I don’t want to chase every promising offer,” she explained, choosing instead to remain at the station for at least another year or two. Her decision highlights the value she places on the relationships and experiences that have shaped her career.
