Now the star is in a public spat with ex boyfriend Ali Naka. The former couple is embroiled in a legal battle after Naka refused to sign travel documents for her and her family to travel to Swaziland.

Apparently Penny planned to spend the Christmas holidays in the neighboring country. She has reportedly dragged her baby daddy to court.

Penny told Sunday World her side of the story.

“It has nothing to do with that. I went to court because I felt that my right and the rights of my family were being violated. For your information, this man was not even my husband, we were not married. All I want is for him to sign the papers.”
