Penny Lebyane Hits Back At DJ Fresh After He Claims She Paid For His Legal Fees. It Seems like the recent Podcast and Chill episode featuring DJ Fresh as the co-host has ruffled some feathers. With one of his litigants, Penny airing him out on social media.

The radio and television personality recently took to her twitter, just after the interview aired. She went on to refute his claims that she had paid a cost of R80 000 in legal fees.

In 2020 a defamation case was opened by the DJ against her and Ntsiki over accusations and republishing of a list of abusers that included his name. Penny had claimed that a man she was once romantically involved with had abused her. Then Ntsiki allegedly surmised that the man was DJ Fresh.

“They lost in court … Ntsiki finally paid up … she paid my legal fees. Penny paid my legal fees,” Fresh rad said during his Podcast and Chill episode

In response, Penny tweeted, “I didn’t pay anyone anything. Not a cent. I don’t have money to waste. 1st l was not a responded in case. I filed to ask the court why my trading name Penny Lebyane is in paragraph 15 of an affidavit, which the response was it was a Mistake but l must pay for asking. I refused.”

“But that won’t be mentioned because it’s nothing to gloat about. I will stand in my truth as l always have. I just wish he would “Keep My Name Out Of His Mouth” and stop policing my Lived Experience and centering himself. I have had so many DJ Boyfriends honestly l have,” she added.

Personally victims come to me with their stories l don’t seek them. Males in entertainment industry came to me on what they witnessed or know but have no balls to speak up. So it’s easy to make me a Toilet Paper to wipe your secretion with. I won’t allow it. Never. I’d rather DIE
