The 2016 Generation Next Awards were SA youth (ages 8-22) crown the coolest brands they love in Mzansi. The kids have spoken, Pearl Thusi voted the coolest female celeb in Mzansi with Minnie and Boity taking the second and third coolest position respectively.
Trevor Noah scooped the coolest male celeb for the fifth time in a row with Leon Schuster coming in second and DJ Fresh in third.
AKA walked away the coolest Music star, Cassper came second and Mi Casa rounded up the top three. The Coolest DJ went to Black Coffee, DJ Fresh took the second spot and DJ Zinhle came in third.
MetroFM was voted Coolest Radio Station with 5FM in second place and Ukhozi FM in third. Nike walked away with three awards, Overall Coolest Brand‚ Coolest Clothing Brand and Coolest Brand Slogan awards.
