The one thing that we’ve always loved about Pearl Thusi, besides her hair, is her honesty of course.
The TV and radio personality has always made it clear when she doesn’t like someone and well one person she hasn’t been fond of for a very long time is, Bonang Matheba.
As we all know, DJ Zinhle lost AKA to Bonang Matheba after she shared the news that he had cheated on her with Bonang for over 5 months during her pregnancy.
Throughout the whole drama Pearl made it clear that she’s on Zinhle’s side when she subtweeted Bonang in a rather spicy Tweet.

Pearl then went on to add: “If this happened to me I’d be sad if no one stood with me.”
The beaut has on countless occasions made clear why she doesn’t like Bonang and now she shares why she’s stood by Zinhle the whole time.
In an interview with SlikourOnLife, Pearl shares: “That could have been me who had a little baby and lost my man. It could have been me and no holds barred. So I’m not gonna say ‘yeah, because you are so and so I’m not gonna say what I need to say’.”
She then adds that she has a pretty good idea as to what the parties that are in the situation had to deal with. “I’ve been on that side of the coin and I know what it feels like…”
She goes on to say that she’s not one to tell someone that she’ll support them and when the time comes to be supportive she does it on a private level.
“… And then in the public I’m trying to make sure my money is cute, and I’m trying to make sure that everybody thinks I’m sweet and I don’t get involved in things that aren’t my business,” she adds.
She ends it off by saying that she wasn’t really trying to involve herself in the situation but, it happened .
“I was just saying, everybody was just saying their piece. Why couldn’t I do that? So my whole this was, if you’re going to support somebody, support them even in a way that could somehow, hopefully, not be detrimental to you because that’s when you’re putting your neck in the line for somebody, not when you’re doing it privately. So that’s where I stand.”
