Just a few days before making her big debut at Coachella, Tyla has even more reason to celebrate. The South African Grammy-winning singer has been named Pandora’s newest brand ambassador. To mark this exciting new chapter, Tyla has created her own jewellery collection called Pandora Styled by Tyla — and it’s filled with personal meaning.
Pandora believes jewellery is more than just accessories — they see it as a way for people to express themselves and remember their biggest life moments. Tyla’s collection shows exactly that. Every piece she chose reflects important parts of her life and career.
For example, the Cherry Blossom Charm represents Tyla’s rise to global fame, especially after her hit song “Water” made waves around the world. Another charm, the Disney Winnie the Pooh Tigger Charm, is a tribute to her fans, who she lovingly calls her “Tygers.” Other pieces in her collection celebrate her South African roots, her love for music, and her personal passions.
Tyla chose to style all her u charms on two special pieces: the Pandora Moments Studded Chain Bracelet and the Pandora Moments Studded Chain Necklace. These two pieces hold all the memories and dreams that she wanted to share through her jewellery.
As part of the big announcement on April 8, Tyla also did a special photoshoot with Pandora. In the photos, she shows off her favourite jewellery pieces, sharing a piece of her story with the world. The images were first shared exclusively with The Hollywood Reporter, giving fans a closer look at her new partnership.
Speaking about the partnership, Tyla said, “Partnering with Pandora is such an exciting thing to do. I’ve always found their jewellery so fun to style because you can create your own unique pieces of jewellery. It reminds me so much of home because my Mom always made jewellery, and the birthstone charms remind me of the beads I used to have laying around in my house growing up.”
She added a sweet memory from her childhood: “Whenever our mother wanted us not to bother her, she’d give us a big container of beads and my sisters and I would make friendship bracelets all day. Now my Tygers can have matching friendship bracelets with me.”
