Television presenter and MC Ntombee Ngcobo-Mzolo is overjoyed to share that she’s expecting a bundle of joy. The award-winning host, known for her work on popular reality shows like Marry Me Now and The Mommy Club Season 2 reunion, recently revealed the exciting news on social media.
Fans were first given a glimpse of her pregnancy through an emotional post thanking her brother, Jabu Ngcobo. In the post, Ntombee is dressed in traditional multicoloured Zulu beading that gracefully drapes over her growing baby bump. Her joy is evident as she celebrates this new chapter in her life.
The presenter also shared a stunning Christmas-themed shoot, where she dazzled in a fitted dress featuring a beautiful teal and red print. She paired the look with an extravagant matching teal silk gown, which highlighted her pregnancy glow. “We wouldn’t have made it this far without God’s grace, God’s love, and God’s divine protection. Now, this gives us every reason to celebrate and capture some of these beautiful moments with a cute Christmas shoot,” Ntombee wrote in the caption, expressing gratitude for her blessings.
In another post, Ntombee gave fans an inside look at her baby shower, where she danced joyfully with her brother while wearing a green dress that showcased her baby bump. She also took the moment to wish her brother a happy birthday, further celebrating family and love.
According to True Love, this pregnancy comes after years of heartbreak for Ntombee and her family. In 2015, they tragically lost their infant son, Dunamis Sizwe Jr., and in 2022, their three-year-old daughter, Linile Mzolo, was killed in a car accident. Despite these profound losses, Ntombee remains open about her family’s journey of healing and growth.
“I know how beautiful it is to have siblings,” Ntombee shared with her husband on a clip from the reality show Ofuze, where she is featured with her family. She reflected on her deep desire to have another child after the loss of her daughter Linile. “Now Lini’s gone, and now I’ve got this deep desire. I don’t know if it’s a deep desire to have a child, or if I’m just scared… what if I think I’m okay, but later on, I might want another child? But also, looking at my age, I don’t think I have much of a later stage.”
In a previous interview with True Love, Ntombee expressed her hopes for motherhood. “I’d love to be a mom again also, so we’ll see where life takes us,” she said during the The Mommy Club Season 2 reunion.
