Award-winning actress Nomzamo Mbatha is back to host Stella Artois’ highly anticipated ‘Let’s Do Dinner’ event in Johannesburg on November 12th. This year, she will be joined by actor and entrepreneur Thapelo Mokoena, promising an unforgettable evening of connection and conversation.

According to Brand Icon Image, the exclusive dinner, built around the question “if you could invite anyone to dinner, who would that be?”, will gather some of South Africa’s most notable personalities. Guests will include actors, authors, musicians, artists, and business leaders, all celebrating the power of human connection over a shared meal. Last year’s edition featured stars like Zozibini Tunzi, Lloyiso, Lasizwe, Mihlali Ndamase, and Melanie Bala.

Nomzamo Mbatha has added multiple accolades to her name, including the prestigious Forbes Woman Africa Entertainer of the Year Award and Best African Actress at the Septimius Awards in Amsterdam. She also co-presented the Global Citizen Festival in New York, making it a standout year for the star.

Thapelo Mokoena, founder of Bakoena Brands and a media personality, has also had an impressive year. He recently partnered with Stella Artois to deliver a keynote address at the GQ Grooming Masterclass in Johannesburg.

Estee Burger, Stella Artois Marketing Manager, shared her excitement for the event, saying, “‘Let’s Do Dinner Johannesburg’ promises to be one of the most unique social gatherings of the year, imbued with that quintessential South African touch. It celebrates the simple act of gathering around a table, enjoying good food and drink, and engaging in meaningful conversations, and that is something worth more.”

With gourmet meals prepared by renowned chefs and performances from top South African talent, this year’s ‘Let’s Do Dinner’ is set to be a must-attend event, offering an extraordinary blend of food, culture, and connection.
