Nomcebo Zikode Introduces Her Latest Business Venture. More ladies are stepping up to the challenge and taking on the world of entrepreneurship which we love to see. Many celebs such as Mohale, Kelly Khumalo and more have expanded their brands and launched their own business ventures in various markets including alcohol, cosmetics and so much more. Another popular celeb has taken the cosmetic industry by storm with the launch of their latest product.
Award winning musician Nomcebo Zikode has been dominating the charts with her music all around the world and now she is on to the next project. The singer has announced that she has launched her new perfume fragrance called Duchess, which comes in three different scents Glamazone, Radiance and Royal Gold.
Zikode told the Daily Sun that she never thought that her dream would become a reality but she is extremely proud of the milestone. The singer claims upon entering the industry, she was solely focused on making music and didn’t consider how much she was limiting herself.
“When I started in the industry my only focus was music ears down the line I realized I was limiting myself and I can be whatever I want to be. Being a musician shouldn’t be my only focus” she said.
Nomcebo claims this is something that she has been dreaming of since she was young and used to steal her parent’s perfumes. Nomcebo says she loves smelling good because she believes a scent says a lot about a person.
“I believe having a scent says a lot about you, explains who you are to people and makes a statement to people on your behalf which is what we want to achieve with our fragrance” she said.
The project has been in the works for a while and became more challenging because of her busy schedule and overseas music tour. Despite of the stop and go process, she is very pleased with the end result and is positive that the customers will be delighted as well.
The singer who is also the owner of her own foundations says she hopes her business moves at such a young age will inspire other youngsters to also make boss moves and one day hopes to own her very own recording label. By the look of things, she is well on her way there and we are super proud of the boss lady that she has become. Nomcebo has not revealed how the fragrance is purchasable but we know its going to be a hit with the crowd.
