Is it just us or, has anyone else noticed that Our Perfect Wedding viewers only start showing love to their host right before she’s about to make her exist?

When Phumeza was hosting the show there was a hashtag that read bring back Brenda, and when Tumi Morake hosted the show there was a hashtag reading bring back Phumeza, honestly we don’t think the audience knows what they want.

There were a number of negative comments regarding Ayanada Mpama being the new host of the show even before she made her debut, and well 13 episodes down the road and it seems her journey has officially come to an end.

Ayanda has confirmed that next Sunday will be the last time she presents OPW, and insists that the hate from social media has absolutely nothing to do with her exist from the show.

Mzansi Magic confirmed to Sowetan that Ayanda will indeed be leaving the show but also insist that it has nothing to do with social media hate.

“Our viewers have really enjoyed this season with Ayanda as evidenced by the rising audience,” read the statement.

Speaking to another publication, Ayanda says that she had a great time presenting the show.

“I am very proud of the work that I did on the show and I signed a contract for 13 episodes, which has come to an end.”

“I always took the criticism on my chin because people are entitled to their opinions. I also never let people who don’t know me, judge me,” she said.

Well there you have it folks we guess we should look forward to having a new host for OPW very soon, and we know that you’ll probably hate her too. LOL!
