Musa Mseleku, the popular reality TV star and businessman, has revealed details about his recent health scare. In October 2024, Isolezwe reported that Musa had been suffering from health issues that resembled a stroke and was recovering in hospital. Musa, however, took to social media to reassure his followers, sharing images of himself with his children at home, along with the caption: “They are saying I am in hospital as we speak.”

Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Musa confirmed that he had indeed suffered a minor stroke. He revealed that the stress over family matters, particularly concerns about family unity, had contributed to his health decline. “I did suffer a minor stroke from stressing over family unity. My wives came through for me and made a substantial contribution,” he said.

Musa, who is married to four wives—Busisiwe “MaCele” Mseleku, Nokukhanya “Mayeni” Mseleku, Thobile “MaKhumalo,” and Mbali “MaNgwabe”—expressed his deep gratitude to his wives for their support during his recovery. Taking to Instagram, he shared a heartfelt message thanking them for their care. Recently, he has introduced his fifth wife, Samukelisiwe Khwela.

“Thank you to the wives for taking good care of me in hospital. You paid a fortune for me and you did not ask for a penny from me. I am truly blessed to have you,” he wrote.

Musa’s health scare has highlighted the importance of family support during tough times, and he has expressed gratitude for the love and care his wives provided during his recovery.
