Moshe Ndiki has shared a candid reflection on the challenges he faced in his previous marriage, revealing that he endured infidelity multiple times. The media personality and actor was married to reality star Phelo Bala for two years before they separated in 2020.
In a recent interview on Engineer Your Life, Moshe spoke about his relationship with Phelo, describing how both of them had similar goals, but Phelo struggled with personal battles. “We had the same vision. I was ready. I knew myself, and I think he was still just battling his own demons,” Moshe explained. He made it clear that he didn’t view Phelo as a bad person, but acknowledged that his partner was dealing with unresolved issues, which led to difficulties in their marriage.
Moshe continued, admitting that he had forgiven his partner’s infidelity multiple times, but eventually, he resorted to cheating himself. “Towards the end, I cheated because I had already forgiven cheating seven times. I will never forget. I retaliated by cheating as well, instead of just leaving. I enabled,” he confessed.
Looking ahead, Moshe has decided to take a break from relationships to focus on understanding himself better. He is prioritising personal growth and the relationships he has with his family and friends. “The only relationship I’m focused on now is one with my friends, family, and enjoying being a father to two boys,” he shared.
In an emotional post on Instagram, Moshe made a promise to his children: “My promise to my children is to be there for them, play with them, cry with them, support them, and anything I never got to experience with my dad. They will experience it with me and I with them.”
