Mona Monyane Goes On A Twitter Rant About Disrespectful Fans! Mona Monyane has never been the one to bite her tongue on anything and she has grown to become a favorite for it.
Taking to twitter recently, the actress spoke out against fans who feel entitled to celebs doing anything they request saying Mzansi was not Hollywood and it needs to end.
“Some of you seriously cross the line with this “celebrity” thing. Some of us came into the arts to impact lives not to be praised like some false idol. I will not be disturbed whilst in conversation because you want a pic. It’s so invasive and rude actually,” she tweeted.

As a mother I’m shocked at the arrogance people will demand my attention with. So now I can’t exist in a space as a person, I must take on “celebrity” status to please you? If you can’t be polite and considerate then understand that my job doesn’t make me a better human

Stop praising people like they are some kind of God in your life. Have more dignity & self respect to realise your OWN power as a person so the rest of us don’t feel like we have to be everything for everyone. You will be shocked to know that I don’t tolerate rudeness, then what?
