So a couple of days ago radio DJ and TV personality Mo Flava claimed that an officer by the name of Letsoalo at the Rosebank Police Station threatened to arrest him when he tried to report his cellphone stolen.
According to Mo the police officer called him a liar after he told him that his phone was stolen from his pocket.
“The police officer asked how the phone was stolen. I told him it was in my pocket and the next thing it wasn’t. Then he started shouting at me and calling me a liar,” Mo told Daily Sun.
Mo then decided that he would lay a complaint against the officer but his attempts had failed as the station manager was said to be in meetings all day.
So what do you do when you’re a radio personality and public figure and you’re not taken seriously? Tell the whole world about your problem of course!
It seems that Mo only received help from the police station after he took his complaint to his Twitter account and spoke about it on his show on Metro. So there you have it something will be done about the officer that called Mo a liar.
We guess next time the cops don’t help you out, Tweet about it!
@moflavadj You are in good hands. Your matter will be resolved and we will look into the poor service rendered.
