Mo Flava Finds New Radio Home After Leaving Metro FM. Mo Flava is one of the most famous men in radio having earned multiple awards, one being the ‘Liberty Radio Award’, all thanks largely to his status as one of the best and impeccable radio hosts in South Africa.The radio personality has scored a new radio hosting gig on ‘947’ radio, less than two months after leaving ‘Metro FM’.
Mo Flava has been added to the latest list of seasoned radio hosts to join the 947 family for its line up of their hugely popular radio shows. He is set to commence his new radio hosting job from 3 April, Mondays to Fridays—9am to 12pm.
As an avid radio host for eight years known for his love of pop culture and his penchant for music, Mo Flava said he was immensely grateful to joining ’947’ saying, “I am excited and honoured to be joining 947. I have always had the greatest admiration and respect for the Primedia platform, and I’m looking forward to experiencing every part of the 947 world.“
Mo Flava takes over Msizi James who previously held the spot. Ravi Naidoo, 947’s radio manager said that his admirable radio hosting skills/characteristics are what made him the perfect candidate for joining 947.
