anga generations

Ever since his exist from Generations Anga Makubalo has been focusing a little more on his music career and growing the reputation of his music alias, Naak Musiq, well with Call Out being such a big song we guess that his music is on the right path.

Anga was recently interviewed on Mo Flava’s, Morning Mix and he opened up about his music career, acting on Z’bondiwe and leaving Generations.

Speaking to Mo, Anga admits that although he loves acting on Z’bondiwe, he truly misses Generations and the atmosphere on set but most of all he misses his character of MJ as he was growing in the soapie and with the Generations audience.

“I do miss Generations, I miss it a lot. I miss the atmosphere on Generations – I had so much fun there and I was learning every single day. My character was growing, so I’m really not going to lie about it. I miss it.”

Mo also asked Anga if he would ever apologise to Generations creator Mfundi Vundla for leaving the show the way that he did.

The musician laughed the question off and said that he would never apologise to Mfundi but admits that he still has the greatest respect for him. Anga added that if he ever HAD to apologise he would probably do it in a song or something in that form.

Well one song that may speak on Anga’s behalf is his first single titled, Not Guilty, featuring Professor. We guess that says it all maybe?

Do you miss the ‘spoiled brat’ MJ on Generations?
